The Refund Requests report gives you an overview of all of the refund requests you’ve made on behalf of your guests. Learn more about refunds.
To view it click Reports > Refund Requests in the left hand side menu. You can see each request’s ID, status, creation date, location and refund amount. You can filter the data by location, status and the creation date.
Creation date is the date the booking was created. This can be today’s date or a date in the past.
You can export the report as a CSV document by clicking Download CSV to use it further.
