Sometimes guests need to get refunded for their bookings due to cancellation, changes, etc.
TourDesk support or the affiliate hotel/guesthouse/hostel that originally made the booking will make a refund request in TourDesk on behalf of the guest. You will receive an email notification regarding the refund request.
To accept or reject a refund request in TourDesk, start by clicking Refund Requests in the left hand side menu. Search for the refund request in the list. When you’ve located it, click View. Add a message to the affiliate and either accept or reject the refund request depending on your cancellation terms, etc.
If the refund request is accepted, TourDesk will handle the refund to the guest directly.
