How to add a credit card to your account

You can add your business’ credit card to your TourDesk account to offer your guests to pay for their tours and activities with cash or have it charged to their room. 


Click Settings > Credit-cards in the left-hand side menu. Add the card number, expiration date and CVC. You can add a note if you’d like.


Note that you will not get paid your commission to the credit card added. It is only used for when your guests prefer to pay you directly with cash or have their booking charged to their room. Then your business’ credit card is charged for the booking.
