If you already have a credit-card machine (POS) from us and you run into issues, you can troubleshoot your issue by making sure your setup is correct:
- Check if TourDesk POS service is running on your device:
- Press Windows button, search for Services, scroll through the list and look for TourDesk POS service and start/restart it by right clicking on it.
- If you can't find TourDesk POS service on the list, it was probably installed on another computer at your reception. Check your other devices.
- If the service is running but your POS still doesn't connect, check if the machine itself is connected to power and Internet
- Check if you are logged into the correct TourDesk Agent account.
If your credit-card machine still doesn't work, please contact TourDesk support team and we'll assist you.
